You will maintain continuous contact with work in progress, conducting audits, and reviewing estimates, staffing, and budgets. Your guidance and support will ensure technical quality and resolution of complex and unusual design issues. This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership. #LI-AM3 @@HD@@ Major Responsibilities:@@/HD@@ • Plans, develops, directs, and participates in the day-to-day plant design and piping engineering activity on small to medium sized projects or a portion of a major project with minimal to moderate complexity within a global business unit • Supervises, coordinates, and reviews the work of personnel assigned, estimates staffing needs and schedules and assigns work accordingly • Provides the technical input to meet procurement requirements • Prepares or oversees the preparation of plant design and piping discipline estimates and work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget, and manages implementation and performance accordingly • Reviews and makes recommendations of the plant design and piping engineering aspects of bid evaluations and awards for approval by project engineering • When directed, coordinates with client representatives to obtain their approval of plant design and piping engineering aspects of the work • Reviews and approves key calculations, design documents, supplier drawings and data, material specifications, drawings, and change orders, for the project to which assigned • Ensures that assigned plant design and piping personnel receive appropriate on-the-job training for their professional development @@HD@@ Education and Experience Requirements:@@/HD@@ • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience @@HD@@ Required Knowledge and Skills:@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ • What are the most@@/HD@@
