Quant Analytics Manager

Define and execute a roadmap that solves critical business challenges and uncovers new opportunities. •

Serve as a primary analytics point of contact for executives and cross-functional leaders, ensuring deliverables align to business needs and measurable outcomes. •

Provide hands-on leadership designing and delivering sophisticated analytical solutions, translating business needs into data strategies, approaches, and outputs. •

Present plans, progress, and results to senior leadership with crisp narratives, actionable insights, and transparent status reporting. •

Stay current on analytics/AI trends; evaluate, pilot, and implement new tools and techniques (including AI agents) to improve speed, quality, and impact. •

Allocate capacity and resources to maximize impact and influence outcomes tied to the organization's P&L; act as a recognized technical leader. •

Identify and implement enhancements to processes, tooling, and governance; communicate recommendations effectively to business leaders. •

Operate within defined risk parameters and compliance obligations, applying strong judgment and proactively strengthening the control environment. Minimum Requirements •

Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field). •

Hands-on experience integrating AI agents to improve efficiency and effectiveness of analytics delivery. •

5+ years of advanced experience with Alteryx, Python, and Tableau. •

Proficiency in SQL and foundational data table operations; strong problem-solving skills; demonstrated understanding of data architecture design concepts. •
