@@HD@@ Responsibilities@@/HD@@ • Participate in every aspect of the solution implementation, from analyzing customer business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements aligned with business objectives • Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and evaluate customer business processes • Document business requirements and configure/customize the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve customer business requirements • Facilitate customer decision-making processes and develop functional design documents • Conduct acceptance testing and train customer resources to use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application • Understand challenges and risks when implementing vertical applications

• Experience in the automotive industry • Successful completion of applicable product certification exams
