Sr Security Technologist

is a critical role within the P&P Data Products team. This individual is responsible for the overarching design, governance, and continuous improvement of the security model for the Oracle HCM environment. You will lead a dedicated workstream to ensure data access integrity, regulatory compliance, and seamless access management. @@HD@@ Core Responsibilities @@/HD@@ The successful candidate will manage the Oracle HCM Security scope, focusing on the following pillars: •

Define and govern the security model to support evolving business needs while ensuring strict adherence to data privacy standards. •

Oversee the design and implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across the HCM landscape. •

Manage the lifecycle of user access, including initial provisioning and periodic security re-certifications. Define and govern the auto provisioning process •

Lead the resolution of HR Security tickets and manage the development backlog for security enhancements. •

Partner with the HCM Security team and broader Data Products workstreams, including Operational Reporting, and Data Governance.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $180,000 per year - USD $200,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
