It takes the imagination and passion of all of us-from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year-to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. @@HD@@ Job Description@@/HD@@ • Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactical plans to drive product growth and market share. • Serve as the product expert, providing in-depth product knowledge and training to internal teams and external customers. • Collaborate with sales teams to support key account development, customer engagement, and field activities. • Lead product launches, including planning, training, promotional materials, and post-launch evaluation. • Work closely with regional and global teams to align local strategies with corporate objectives. • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and corporate standards in all product-related activities.

Requirements

@@HD@@ Education @@/HD@@ @@HD@@ • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, healthcare, or Marketing related. Experiences @@/HD@@ • Minimum of 2 years of successful experiences in healthcare marketing, especially in growing strategic products.

Key Competency

• Read, write and verbally communicate in fluent English • Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
