The Division of Investment Management is seeking a SEC Fellow-Attorney Adviser (Senior Special Counsel-Private Funds Fellow). As Senior Special Counsel-Private Funds Fellow, you will serve in the Investment Adviser Regulation Office. Your role will be to help advance high priority private fund policy initiatives, deliver expert legal and regulatory analysis, develop recommendations, coordinate across the Commission and federal agencies, and advise leadership on significant regulatory matters.
