Serve as the primary technical troubleshooter for manufacturing, tooling, and process-related anomalies on the shop floor. •

Support process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), evaluate new equipment, and ensure the seamless transfer of new products into mass production. •

Execute root cause analysis to drive improvements in site-level quality metrics, particularly First Pass Yield (FPY) and Customer Return Rate (CRR). •
