• Completed technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar) or equivalent qualification • Professional experience in managing technical (internal) development or improvement projects • Solid mechanical knowledge, ideally in the field of electrical insulators or high-voltage components • Experience with Lean methods, Six Sigma, or similar improvement approaches is a plus • Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
