This National Guard position is for a HR SPECIALIST (COMPENSATION/RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT)-T32, Position Description Number D1040P01 and is part of the Joint Forces Headquarters-Human Resources Office, Wisconsin National Guard. ***A Recruitment Incentive of up to 25% may be authorized for this advertisement*** (Note: This incentive is only applicable to employees entering the Federal Technician program) MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard. Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership. Military Grades: E-1 through E-9, WO1 through CW5 and O-1 through O-5 for Army applicants E-1 through E-9 for Air Force applicants Conditions of Employment: This is a National Guard dual status technician position which requires military membership. Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation. May be required to successfully complete a probationary period. Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance of the position. This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968.
