As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing Eaton's on-site operations from site preparation through construction, testing, and commissioning. You will represent Eaton and the Project Manager on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of all activities. @@HD@@ What you'll do:@@/HD@@ • Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) compliance on-site. • Represent the Project Manager in local coordination meetings. • Coordinate Eaton and vendor activities daily. • Provide daily written updates to the Project Manager. • Lead on-site teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals. • Audit testing and commissioning processes. • Organize site training and resolve issues professionally.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineer degree or Qualified Electrician certification (mandatory). • 3-5 years of experience in similar roles with MV switchgears. • Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, construction site safety, and quality management. • Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring, and cabling documents. • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. • Datacenter experience.

Skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Customer-facing experience is critical. • English required; additional languages beneficial. • Flexible, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively.
