Role Purpose

Lead the implementation and governance of the

Offer Safety Management system

to ensure all products, solutions, and services are

safe, compliant, and reliable

across their lifecycle. Drive a strong

risk prevention and safety culture

while enabling business growth through robust safety processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Offer Safety System

• Implement and sustain Offer Safety Management processes across the business • Ensure compliance with applicable

safety regulations, standards, and internal policies

Drive Governance & Reviews

• Facilitate and govern

Offer Safety Committees (OSMAC/OSSC/OSRC/LRC)

• Support safety decision-making for offer approvals and releases •

Manage Risk & Safety Issues

• Lead

risk assessments and hazard analysis

using FMEA, FTA, RCA • Manage safety issues end-to-end, including

containment, escalation, and recalls (if required)

• Drive execution and closure of

Offer Safety Alerts (OSA)

Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to embed safety across lifecycle • Act as a

trusted advisor

to leadership on safety risks •

Build Capability & Continuous Improvement

• Develop organizational capability in

safety tools and methodologies

(8D, FMEA, FTA) • Track safety KPIs, trends, and implement improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) • 8-12 years of experience in

quality, product safety, or engineering roles

• Experience in

design quality, compliance, or safety engineering

preferred

Technical

• Risk assessment & safety analysis • Quality tools:

FMEA, FTA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis

• Product lifecycle & regulatory compliance

Behavioural

• Strong

leadership and influencing skills

• Excellent

communication and stakeholder management

• Cross-functional collaboration • Continuous improvement mindset

Success Metrics

• Compliance with safety standards and internal directives • Effectiveness of safety governance and review processes • Reduction in safety incidents and non-conformities • Timely closure of safety alerts and risk mitigation actions
