The Opportunity As an Acceleration Center - AWM Operations Management Consultant - Exp. Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities - Analyzing client needs to develop tailored operational strategies that enhance efficiency and productivity - Supporting clients in streamlining processes and driving business performance through comprehensive guidance - Applying a learning mindset to take ownership of personal development and contribute to team success - Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns for informed decision-making - Developing operational solutions that align with specific business requirements and client objectives - Engaging in stakeholder management to foster collaboration and optimize operations strategy - Participating in process improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence - Utilizing market research and change management techniques to support business transformation efforts - Building commercial awareness to understand how the business works and contribute to its growth - Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance - Demonstrating skills in business transformation and process optimization - Engaging in operations strategy and operational excellence initiatives - Utilizing change management techniques to drive successful outcomes - Participating in stakeholder engagement and teamwork activities - Applying intellectual curiosity to solve complex problems The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
