Registered Nurse - Deputy Chief Health Informatics Officer

The VA North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS) in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse for the role of Deputy Chief Health Informatics Officer (CHIO).The Nurse IV Deputy CHIO is a resident expert in Health Informatics (HI) and health information technology. The Deputy CHIO serves as the primary advisor to the Chief Health Informatics Officer. U.S. Citizenship; non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. All applicants tentatively selected for VA employment in a testing designated position are subject to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use prior to appointment.
