Junior HR Generalist (6 months contract)

An HR Generalist plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organization's human resources operations run smoothly. If you're passionate about HR, well-versed in labor law, and eager to kickstart your career in this field, this role might be a great fit for you. @@HD@@ How you'll make an impact@@/HD@@ • Guide/train managers and employees on the correct use of HR tools, on understanding and complying with HR practices, processes and policies. • Ensure the quality of data in HR tools / systems and manage HR reporting. • Liaison/interface with HR Operations on payroll issues and follow up on key escalation. • Ensure new hires are well-informed about company policies and procedures. • Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies. • Support coordination of training activities on site • Collaboration in the preparation of information material for local HRBP on activities in connection with meetings with trade unions. • Ensure blue collar scouting, support recruiting with external agencies. • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in HR field. • Proactivity, good analytical skills and attention to details are required; • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation are required; • Good knowledge of Excel; • Experience with Workday is considered a plus • English level B2 and Italian language are mandatory
