Diesel Technician

to join our Distribution business in

• Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop • Disassemble packages and engines, clean parts, assemble packages • Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools • Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles • Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies • Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products • Maintain own tools

• Primarily engaged in maintenance or basic repairs/diagnostics • Requires direct supervision and review of workmanship quality • Demonstrates an understanding on access to engine repair process information sources. • Understands after-treatment system and can identify major components and their function at a rudimentary level. • Has worked on external components on a diesel engine and understands the basic concepts. • Has some knowledge of engine diagnostic software

Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred), Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution, locally valid driving permit (Preferred) This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
