T he   S enior Marketing Manager   of   Consumer   will   be responsible for   executi ng   the   US   consumer   marketing efforts   for   Truqap .   This   is an in-person   position   based in   Gaithersburg, MD ,   report ing   to   the   Head of   Truqap .      • Support the creation of consumer campaign strategies that build brand awareness and engagement   • Lead   the   implementation of innovative consumer digital marketing strategies and programs built on the foundation of what consumers need and how they behave    • Collaborate across the consumer team to use information and data to create and   optimize   strategies and campaigns   • Manage creative projects and digital media activations with our consumer and media agencies ensuring best-in-class media plan ning , execution , and performance   • Contribute to a team culture built on the foundation of trust, open communication , accountability,   and fun   • Partner   with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure development and execution of compliant marketing   materials     • Collaborate with in the   Truqap   cross-functional teams   to   maximize synergies and   ensure alignment of consumer marketing initiatives   • Effectively manage marketing budget for areas of responsibility   • Assist   in the identification, evaluation, and adoption of new partnerships and technologies     Who You Are

• A m otivated, high - energy professional with a demonstrated   track record   of developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics that deliver   strong commercial results   • A passionate advocate who understands the responsibility and   privilege   to ensure the consumer perspective and voice is represented and considered in all we do    • A c ollaborator   and relationship builder   with a p roven ability to work cross-functionally   to bring media strategies to life while   ultimately driving   business results within   a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment    • A self-starter and out of the box thinker who   brings   new ideas   and tactics to the table   to   optimize   effectiveness   of our campaigns with the intent of providing best-in-class care and support for consumers     What   Experience   Do You Have:   • Bachelor ’s Degree   required .   • 5+ years   of   total commercial healthcare experience, at least 2 years   of consumer healthcare   marketing , oncology product marketing experience preferred   • Product launch experience preferred   • Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners, agency   partners   and budgets    • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities   to meet deadlines   • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues    • Ability to assess risks and benefits to make   timely , sound decisions with various levels of information, and accept responsibility for meeting and/ or exceeding objectives   The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151,200- $226 840. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
