We're natural collaborators and connectors, bringing all teams together in pursuit of the best work. @@HD@@ Description@@/HD@@ This role will lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement integrated marketing communications efforts for various services within our Wallet & Payments portfolio. This role will have a focus on Digital Media, including heavy Social, Direct Marketing, Interactive, Retail, and Partner/Channel marketing. @@HD@@ Responsibilities:@@/HD@@ Serve as a brand steward by identifying and driving strategic priorities, supporting creative development, and ensuring flawless execution of marketing communications. Guidance and collaboration with Creative Directors, Designers, Writers, Producers, Strategists, and Project Managers. Assess briefs, identify and put forth strategic creative opportunities, and protect the Apple Services brands. Identify creative solutions across multiple categories including product launch support, advertising/social campaigns, cultural moments, roadmap planning, and platform development. Partner closely with cross-functional leads to act as a key point of contact and integration for the Marcom LA team supporting Apple Services. Build trust, credibility, and influence across multiple internal partners in a highly matrixed organization. @@HD@@ Preferred Qualifications@@/HD@@ Experience in fintech, payments, credit cards, or highly regulated businesses Ability to develop functional briefs, drive workflows, creative shares, and schedules across multiple teams Experience collaborating with both internal and external partners Excellent communication skills with the ability to get results throughout projects Understands how to cut through ambiguity to find the right path forward despite uncertainty or challenges Experience overseeing projects with a global perspective + general knowledge of European and Asian market and cultural dynamics Extremely detail-oriented with extraordinary follow-through skills Knows how to approach problems flexibly and with a willingness to adapt in order to arrive at the best solution Experience being resourceful and proactive in finding solutions Knows how to see around corners to ensure awareness of challenges and opportunities ahead @@HD@@ Minimum Qualifications@@/HD@@ 10+ years of experience as a brand lead in marketing communications at an advertising, marketing, and/or in-house marketing communications team Experience leading fully integrated campaigns with global brands @@HD@@ Proven background working on large-scale campaigns with a focus on social Pay & Benefits@@/HD@@ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $177,000 and $266,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
