Job Summary HITACHI ENERGY HEFEI TRANSFORMER CO., LTD. is seeking experienced Manufacturing Production Workers to join our team. This role involves skilled manufacturing processes and operations critical to transformer production. Job Responsibilities Operate and maintain a variety of manufacturing equipment and machinery, specifically within transformer production lines. Perform complex assembly, winding, and finishing tasks according to detailed specifications and blueprints. Conduct quality checks and inspections of components and finished products to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and troubleshoot production issues, performing minor repairs and adjustments as needed. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency and quality. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs. Job Qualifications Proven experience as a Manufacturing Production Worker, preferably within heavy manufacturing or electrical equipment industries. Demonstrated experience with transformer manufacturing processes (e.g., core assembly, coil winding, insulation application, tanking) is highly desirable. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues. Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, standing, and repetitive motions.
