) and are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world business setting. @@HD@@ What a typical day looks like:@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ Accounts Payable Support (approximately 80%)@@/HD@@ • Review and process supplier invoices, including discrepancy clarification, approval coordination, and document archiving • Support payment and cash management activities, including payment runs and monitoring overdue invoices • Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal processes

Controlling & Reporting Support (approximately 10%)

• Assist with monthly reporting activities, including trial balance exports, KPI updates, and account reconciliations • Support project controlling activities through data updates and reporting tasks

Ad Hoc Finance Support (approximately 10%)

• Perform basic financial analyses and data reviews as needed • Support the finance team with administrative and operational tasks on demand

The experience we're looking to add to our team

• Currently enrolled in a

Bachelor's or Master's degree program

with a focus on

Finance, Accounting, Business Administration

, or a related field • Good knowledge of

Microsoft Office

, especially

Excel

and

Outlook

• Fluent German and English language skills • Availability to work

at least 16 hours per week during the semester

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset • Nice to have: previous internship or working student experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Purchasing, or Administration
