Physical Effort: The work requires prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in tiring and uncomfortable positions. Operates a variety of hand and power tools, and equipment. Lifts and carries heavy pieces of lumber or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Working Conditions: Works inside and outside subject to sudden temperature changes; exposed to dirt, sewage, dust, grease, fumes, and steam. Employee is subject to injury from use of hand and power tools, also to dust, dirt, burns, cuts, bruises, and electrical shock. May be required to wear and/or use protective clothing and equipment in accordance with established health and safety regulations and other standard operating procedures.
