Warehouse Specialist

The Warehouse Specialist will be accountable for a range of responsibilities to ensure the effective functioning of the warehouse department. @@HD@@ How you'll make an impact:@@/HD@@ • You will schedule warehouse good receipt and good issue process, responsible for good receive & good issue, in charged as an abnormal coordinator. • You will organize and maintain the warehouse layout, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of goods, conduct regular monthly stock checks, yearly stocktalking and updating inventory records (System and Physical). • You will be responsible for warehouse's CI activities management and implementation, comply to safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. • You will be maintaining cleanliness, keeping 5S, and organized, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. You will perform daily Gemba, 5S, safety, and other warehouse reports, conduct regular internal/external audits. • You will be responsible for Warehouse Training and Grading activities monitoring, other related jobs when required and assigned. You will be receiving plans, inspecting, and storing incoming raw materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, documentation. • You will be responsible for good issue plans, maintain accurate inventory record between system and actual, abnormal shortage of materials list follow up and production requirement fulfilment, finish goods management & handle outbound loading. • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. • Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• You hold a bachelor's degree in: Economics, Logistics, Supply Change Management. • Additional certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields are a plus. • Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. • Good computer Skills (Word/Power Point and Excel/, etc.), Power BI, ERP/SAP-EWM knowledge are plus. • Strong organizational skills. • Good communication skills.
