annual safety program

and prevention plans. • Manage

risk assessments, internal audits, and readiness for external audits

. • Drive

safety by design, management of change, and engineering controls

. • Measure and analyze safety indicators to enable

predictive prevention

. • Coordinate

training, emergency response, and incident investigations

. • Promote a

strong, collaborative, and sustainable safety culture

Requirements

@@HD@@ • University degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, or a related technical field@@/HD@@ . •

7+ years of experience

in safety, preferably in industrial plants (food and beverage experience is a plus). • Experience

leading technical teams

and working with

ISO 45001

. •

Advanced English

(spoken and written). • Knowledge of

risk management, auditing, safety engineering, and data analysis

. •

Residing in or willing to relocate to Liberia, Guanacaste

(100% on-site - non-negotiable).
