Physician Assistant - Urology

The VA Fargo Healthcare System is recruiting (1) full-time Physician Assistant-Urology. The Urology Physician Assistant (PA) is an important member of the urology team. S/he functions as an agent of the Urologist, providing patient care as an extender of the Supervising Physician's practice. As an agent of the Supervising Physician, the PA functions within defined levels of autonomy as outlined in his/her scope of practice. All qualified candidates encouraged to apply. All applicants tentatively selected for VA employment in a testing designated position are subject to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use prior to appointment. Applicants who refuse to be tested will be denied employment with VA. Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959. Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
