Accounting Manager

We are seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to join our revenue accounting team in our Dallas office. In this role, you will perform technical accounting analysis to ensure compliance with ASC 606 and US GAAP while managing internal and external audit requests. As a key contributor, you will drive process improvements, manage large amounts of financial data, and collaborate cross-functionally to challenge the status quo. This position offers an exciting opportunity to directly support Navan’s growth and global financial scaling efforts.

• Perform contract review to ensure compliance with ASC 606 and prepare related revenue schedules for complex transactions. • Drive process improvements and automations within the revenue recognition cycle to enhance efficiency and scalability. • Partner with deal desk and order-to-cash teams to ensure all contracts are accurately processed and accounted for. • Own journal entries and accounting reconciliations within the revenue close cycle. • Prepare and review revenue-related footnote disclosure schedules for external financial reporting (10-Q/10-K). • Support external and internal audits by providing documentation, analysis, and explanations of revenue-related transactions. • Maintain internal controls related to the revenue cycle to ensure robust SOX compliance. • Provide revenue reporting and analysis to senior leadership and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making across Navan.
