• Conduct routine and advanced quantitative and qualitative tests.
• Perform measurements, calculations, and evaluations of test results.
• Analyze experiments to confirm conformity to specifications.
• Operate standard and specialized laboratory equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and analyses.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
• Troubleshoot non-routine problems requiring analytical skills.
• Support continuous improvement in quality assurance processes.
Your Background
• Vocational or technical education in Electronics Technology, or related field.
• Broad knowledge of laboratory procedures and tools from extensive experience.
• Familiarity with industry-specific testing equipment and standards.
• Ability to work under limited supervision and solve complex problems.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience mentoring or assisting lower-level employees.
