• Vocational or technical education in Electronics Technology, or related field. • Broad knowledge of laboratory procedures and tools from extensive experience. • Familiarity with industry-specific testing equipment and standards. • Ability to work under limited supervision and solve complex problems. • Strong analytical and documentation skills. • Experience mentoring or assisting lower-level employees.
