Job Purpose and Impact The Business Development Manager Gourmet will promote and introduce the gourmet products to new customers. In this role, you will prospect for new accounts, secure appointments, research and identify customer needs to create and propose solutions, resolve needs, deliver sales presentations, and support the AM to convert the prospect into customer to proceed with first trials and closing sales. Key Accountabilities • Build, monitor and revise lead generation plans to identify and develop new sales opportunities and commercial partnerships. • Execute strategies focused on expanding client base within defined market segments. • Report on prospecting and customer conversion results. • Collaborate closely with the GTM sales organisation in converting prospects into new customers. • Work with moderately complex accounts, products and services. • Work directly with prospects with starting initial conversations, research and identify customer needs to create and propose solutions. • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. • Other duties as assigned #LI-AC8 Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of two years of related work experience • Other minimum qualifications may apply

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES TO BE GAINED

• Experience creating and defining the sales vision and medium-term goals for the complex strategic customer account(s) that will drive significant financial impact.
