What You Bring@@/HD@@ The ideal candidate will have the following preferred background/skillset: • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources (or related field) or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 2-3 or more years of HR experience. • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, external regulations, and laws. • Employee relations experience of at least 2 years. • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Strong influencing skills and proven success in establishing credibility with business leaders. • Experience working effectively under pressure to drive deliverables in short time constraints. • Experience in training and development and change management. @@HD@@• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
