In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and basic repair activities on Cummins engines and related components at customer sites. • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues using approved service procedures, electronic diagnostic tools, and specialized equipment. • Prepare required parts, tools, and equipment to complete service activities efficiently and safely. • Validate repairs by confirming successful resolution of customer concerns. • Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to senior Field Service Technicians or Supervisors. • Champion a safe, compliant and environmentally responsible workplace by following Health, Safety and Environmental standards and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. To be successful in this role, you will need the following: • Technician qualification or a vocational diploma in a relevant technical discipline. • Completed technical training (e.g., Engine Technician, Automotive Technician, or a comparable qualification) is preferred. • Initial hands-on field service experience and solid knowledge of engine systems. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for service assignments. • Strong customer focus with a reliable and service-oriented working style. • Fluent level of English and Swedish.
