Analyst - Accounts Payable

located in Chennai @@HD@@ What a typical day looks like:@@/HD@@ • Process invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets. • Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures. • Reporting activities - Generate and update the AP. • Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team. • Perform quality Check. • Select Invoices for payment and release as per the standard operating procedures. • Create / Update Vendor Master records based on Standard operation procedures. • Must provide Innovative ideas to improve process.

• Functional knowledge, education background or relevant working experience required. • Demonstrates advanced functional skills which may be used to conduct on-the-job training and guide other employees.
