Position Summary

The Senior Manager - Dental Network Retention will be responsible for managing a dental network retention team along with collaborating with peers and other business areas, and drive results. The team will be responsible for retaining our existing dental provider network in the southeast region. Data analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are crucial to the role. As a people leader, the Sr. Manager will be responsible for team development and fostering a one team culture. @@HD@@ Required Qualifications@@/HD@@ • 2-3+ years of people management experience, ideally in a virtual setting. • 7+ years of project management experience to lead projects and initiatives. • Provider Network experience, preferably in the dental space • Consistently meet deadlines and work well under pressure, and organization awareness. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel and providers. • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office products, including Teams. • PPO, DMO, and Medicare knowledge • Knowledge of current dental insurance marketplace and terminology.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional working experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
