In this role, you will lead a team that executes routine complex activities to maintain and improve capacity utilization and quality standards realized through reliable operations across the region. @@HD@@ Key Accountabilities@@/HD@@ • Supervise the execution of specific equipment maintenance strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process. • Implement and monitor methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards. • Lead, Supervise and coordinate daily proactive, reactive and modifications work type and Management of formal workflow systems. • Complete all Environmental, Health & Safety Responsibilities • Supervision of Crafts persons, performance Management and skill enhancements. • Oversee the development of the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate. • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. • Other duties as assigned @@HD@@ #LI-Onsite/#LI-JG2 Qualifications@@/HD@@ Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of four years of related work experience • Experience troubleshooting of equipment failures through root cause analysis: i.e. Conveyors, Pumps, Pneumatics, Drives, Hydraulics, ETC Preferred Qualifications • Two years of supervisory experience • Experience overseeing third party resources to deliver business results • Knowledge of related tools, processes controls and area technology systems • Experience Supervise and coordinate small Capitol Projects @@HD@@ Applicant Information @@/HD@@ • This position is posted both internally and externally. • Position is based in NE - FREMONT - 943 SOUTH SCHNEIDER • Relocation assistance is not provided for this role Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet To apply using chat/text, please click Apply Now button OR use this link to create a login to apply.
