Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. @@HD@@ How you'll make an impact@@/HD@@ • Lead, coach, and develop a team of material handlers to achieve high performance • Lead and coach team for daily cycle counts per ERP guidelines. • Analyze cycle count results and update ERP according to results. • Implement and enhance inventory control processes and best practices • Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies with root cause analysis • Lead team to achieve monthly cycle counts metric. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure Inventory accuracy. • Improve warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency • Maintain accurate records using inventory management systems • Provide reporting and insights to support business decisions • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience • 2+ years of warehouse or inventory control experience • Proficiency in inventory systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Effective communication and teamwork skills • Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
