cross‑functional stakeholders

(manufacturing, quality, R&D, engineering) to understand, optimize, and scale

metrology workflows

. • Lead and support the

setup of a smart metrology / failure analysis lab

, incorporating smart factory and Industry 4.0 concepts (digitalization, data connectivity, automation). • Design and build

simple tools, scripts, and dashboards

to support lab operations, reporting, and decision‑making. • Identify and

establish automation

for repetitive tasks, data collection, analysis, and workflow management. • Support

early exploration and proof‑of‑concepts for AI/ML use cases

, including data readiness assessment and pilot implementation. • Leverage

data‑driven insights

to guide technical decisions, prioritize improvements, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

@@HD@@ • 0-4 years of Proficiency in programming and scripting@@/HD@@ for engineering or data workflows (e.g. Python, basic SQL, automation scripts). • New College Graduates are welcome to apply • Strong

data processing and analysis skills
