delivery of annual and quarterly investment plans and execution of planned milestones. •

forecast variances, escalate risks, and propose mitigations to support timely execution. •

in agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, quarterly planning, sprint planning, showcases) and contribute across prioritization, execution, and communications. •

stakeholder communications and adoption materials in partnership with learning and training teams. •

comprehensive documentation of product features, requirements, and development processes while ensuring firmwide governance standards are met. •

a detailed understanding of client/advisor needs and the competitive & market landscape (including vendor/fintech offerings) to inform capability strategy and roadmaps.

8 years of experience in asset/wealth management, alternatives, product management, or related fields. •

strong written and oral communication skills, including synthesizing complex information into clear presentations and memos for senior audiences. •

effectively across teams in a global, matrixed organization, including managing up and coordinating across functions. •

multiple workstreams with strong organization, attention to detail, and minimal supervision. •

strong analytical and quantitative skills to structure ambiguity and support decision-making. •

and work with data using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. •
