Data Analyst Project Intern (Eco & Social Creation) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

About the team Our mission is to build a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The AI Data Service and Eco Operations (ADSEO) team is responsible for the operation of security model training, and iteration under TikTok and other International products, to ensure product security and create a good atmosphere for content creation and community interaction. The Eco Operations team is responsible for undertaking non security related annotation projects, mainly classifying content from two dimensions of video and account, assisting international products to build their down data ecology, building accurate data models through annotation, and providing users with content that meets user preferences. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights - Design, build, and maintain dashboards and data tables to monitor key operational metrics, including volume, SLA, AHT, quality, capacity, backlog, and efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations - Providing ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business decision-making, ensuring safety operations strategies are data-driven and aligned with business priorities @@HD@@- Document and present findings to stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes Qualifications@@/HD@@ Minimum Qualification(s) - Actively enrolled university student - Bachelor's degree or above, computer, statistics, mathematics and other related majors are preferred - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, with experience in at least one scripting language - Familiarity with common data analysis techniques and statistical methods - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets - Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Preferred Qualification(s) - Good logical thinking ability, business interpretation ability and fast learning ability - Sensitive to numbers and love Data Analysis work Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
