Custodial Worker (Housekeeper)

This position is assigned to the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Recreational Lodging operation; Fleet Readiness (N92); Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC); Pacific Beach Resort. MWR Recreational Lodging offers accommodations to include Recreational Vehicle (RV) Parks, Vacation Rentals and Campgrounds. The purpose of this position is to provide quality and efficient housekeeping services to guests or guest areas while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. May be exposed to dirt, dust, disagreeable odors and strong cleaning solutions. Exerts moderately heavy physical effort in controlling heavy equipment, carrying and setting up and working from ladders and scaffolds. Constantly standing or walking; frequently lifting or moving objects from 30 to 50 pounds.
