is designed to strengthen
JPMorganChase's
early-career talent pipeline by attracting and developing university students with their first professional experience while completing their studies.
Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the
JPMorganChase
culture. They will also gain exposure to the firm's culture, values, and organizational structure while building a strong professional network.
During this journey in our program, you'll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment.
In Mexico, DTF opportunities are open to students from all universities in
CDMX
. If you are looking to gain professional experience while pursuing your degree, this could be the beginning of something great. Take into consideration that participants are hired for
24 months
period (this is a 2 years program). This role requires
part-time,
availability in Ciudad de Mexico.
Job Requirements
These opportunities are intended for advanced university students of
Finance/Economics
who have approximately one year to one and a half years remaining until graduation in:
• Advanced university students of Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Industrial Enegineer.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency
• Availability to work 30 hours per week
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills
• Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Strong data skills, including proficiency in
Excel
and working knowledge of
Power BI
and/or
SQL
, to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines

• Program Length: 24 months
• Work Schedule: 30 hours per week
