Job Summary: Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking experienced Manufacturing Production Workers (Para-Professional, S25) to contribute to our high-volume manufacturing operations. This role involves performing a variety of production tasks, ensuring product quality, and adhering to strict safety and operational procedures. Job Responsibilities: Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Perform assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of products with precision and efficiency. Monitor production processes, identify deviations, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards. Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment. Record production data accurately and completely, including output, defects, and downtime. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, lean manufacturing principles). Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment. Proven ability to operate production machinery and use various hand tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and safety manuals. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weight, and stand for extended periods.
