Intapp is seeking a talented Solution Design Consultant to join our New Product Introduction “NPI” team. T he NPI team is primarily responsible for the implementation strategy and success of all new Intapp products. This team sits under the Product Management organization and has a close relationship with both product managers and “Early-Adopter” customers to ensure a streamlined implementation and optimal feature sets. The NPI team also establishes a solid, unified plan for implementing Intapp products. This includes project planning, tasks, documentation, and best practices with the clear goal of meeting cost, quality, scheduling, and customer success requirements. This team is foundational to the creation of referenceable customers as well as training, assisting, and certifying both Intapp professional services and partners. Intapp has an ever-growing portfolio of highly successful products and the NPI team is an essential component to our innovations and delivery methodologies. Job Summary

: The

Solution Design Consultant

collaborates with other members of the NPI team and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and document best practice solution delivery. This person will work with financial and professional services clients participating in Intapp’s Client Innovation and Early-Adopter programs. Your focus will be on new technology and solutions Intapp is working to bring to market. Adaptability is crucial as the role and work will continuously change and requires someone who thrives on problem solving, collaboration, and working to craft a solution that will allow Intapp to successfully bring new products to market.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, this role will: • Establish the implementation methodology for new Intapp products • Participate as the Functional Lead of a project team during the implementation of new products. • Execute business process analysis, evaluation, and design efforts in order to develop a solution that aligns the client’s operational and strategic goals, and resolves challenges, through the implementation, development, and configuration of Intapp software. • Produce organized, detailed, but easily consumed design documentation for purposes of capturing and conveying design/development/configuration of Intapp software. • Support project Technical Lead in the implementation of the client’s design. • Deliver training to clients on the developed and configured solution(s). • Deliver training and enablement to the Intapp implementation ecosystem as they learn the new product. • Act as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert to Intapp clients and implementers • Create and maintain centralized implementation and training support collateral for use throughout implementation teams.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a consultant or business analyst • 3+ years of experience implementing platform enterprise applications • 3+ years of experience creating solution design documentation for platform, CRM, ERP , SaaS, or other modular based systems. • 3 + years of experience in a client facing implementation/design role #LI-JS2
