Your field supervision will help ensure operations are planned to coincide with overall established schedules and that work methods are planned and executed safely. #LI-SM2 @@HD@@ Major Responsibilities:@@/HD@@ • Monitors and organizes subcontractor activities, through coordination and instruction of subcontractor's management staff within the area of responsibility. • Role supports projects of moderate complexity and few stakeholders involved. Planning / Productivity • Prepares construction drawings and sketches. • Develops planning construction methods and procedures. • Develops projections and schedules for workforce, material, and equipment requirements Safety / Quality • Monitors installation of materials and equipment to assure conformance with drawings, specifications, vendor, and other requirements • Implements and enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction management. Technical • Works with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents • Coordinates engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals. • Coordinates with Design on constructability issues. @@HD@@ Education and Experience Requirements:@@/HD@@ • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience. • Experience in semiconductor, EV battery, data centers, or Pharmaceuticals preferred. • Hands-on implementation of AWP and OSM strategies; experience with project setup, system turnover, and completion preferred. • Proficiency with digital execution tools, 4D/5D planning, and analytics preferred. @@HD@@ Required Knowledge and Skills:@@/HD@@ • Owns safe, high-quality civil execution-expert knowledge of earthwork, grading, utilities, foundations, concrete, formwork, rebar, and embeds, with tight control of heavy equipment operations. • Plans and sequences civil work-drives mass earthwork, undergrounds, foundations, and slabs to protect access, interfaces, and downstream trades. • Leads civil craft and subcontractors-sets production targets, enforces standards, manages equipment and crews, and develops foremen and general foremen. • Controls cost, schedule, and quality-understands quantities, production rates, and rework drivers; anticipates risk and corrects early. • Coordinates across disciplines-aligns with survey, structural, MEP, and AWP teams to ensure layout accuracy and clean handoffs. @@HD@@ Total Rewards/Benefits:@@/HD@@ For decades, Bechtel has worked to inspire the next generation of employees and beyond!
