About the role

The Opportunity As a US Tech-Product Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will act as the general manager of commercial and internal products, sitting at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and managing activities for specific products throughout their lifecycle, from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. This role also involves commercialization, go-to-market planning, and other key business support activities. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to different stakeholders, building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities - Developing and managing product activities from definition and planning through production and release - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product vision with market demands and business growth - Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and roadmap - Utilizing agile methodology to drive product development and lifecycle management - Engaging in customer needs analysis to enhance product specifications and user experience - Supporting commercialization and go-to-market planning for commercial products - Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns for product innovation - Applying business process modeling to optimize product management and operationalization - Building commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to drive profitable growth - Adopting habits to sustain performance and develop potential within a fast-paced environment What You Must Have - At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree - At least 1 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Utilizing Agile Methodology for efficient project management - Developing comprehensive business case and competitive analysis - Excelling in customer relationship management and satisfaction - Demonstrating proficiency in product lifecycle management - Engaging in strategic planning and product roadmap development - Applying market research to inform product strategy - Adapting to fast-paced environments with diverse teams The salary range for this position is: $50,500 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
