Finance Business Partners Senior Professional

The Finance Business Partners Senior Professional is responsible for overseeing, analyzing, and optimizing functional and corporate costs across the US organization. This role serves as a key business partner to corporate function leaders, providing financial insights, cost transparency, budgeting and forecasting support, and performance analysis to drive effective decision-making and resource allocation. The position ensures accurate financial reporting, strong cost governance, and alignment with organizational objectives. @@HD@@ How you'll made an impact: @@/HD@@ • Partner with functional leaders to manage operating expenses and achieve financial targets. • Lead monthly cost reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews for corporate and local functions. • Analyze actual results against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance, identifying risks and cost saving opportunities. • Coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for corporate and local functions. • Provide financial guidance and challenge assumptions to support cost optimization initiatives. • Monitor headcount, contractor spend, and discretionary expenses. • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting packages for senior leadership. • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis. • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis. • Experience supporting corporate or shared service functions. • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred). • Experience with financial reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar). • Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
