• Drive product quality, performance, and reliability by executing engine, component, system, and controls testing that validates designs and supports the development of high-performing products. • Generate data-driven insights and recommendations by configuring data acquisition systems, analyzing test results, developing analysis tools, and translating findings into actionable engineering decisions. • Lead comprehensive test execution activities by designing test plans, configuring test programs, conducting testing, documenting results, and delivering clear conclusions and recommendations. • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges by identifying root causes of engine, component, system, control, and test cell issues and implementing effective corrective actions to keep projects moving forward. • Support product development through hands-on technical expertise by building, instrumenting, inspecting, measuring, modifying, and validating engines and components throughout the testing lifecycle. • Improve operational efficiency and engineering processes by leading continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining quality procedures, participating in audits, and implementing best practices that enhance testing effectiveness. • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing by working closely with engineers, suppliers, customers, technicians, and apprentices to align priorities, solve problems, and develop team capability. • Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality test operations by adhering to safety standards, protecting confidential information, coordinating testing activities, and maintaining accurate documentation that supports successful project outcomes.

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required with Department of Labor Certification OR Associates degree from an accredited program in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience OR Bachelors degree in a related field.
