@@HD@@ Responsibilities@@/HD@@ • Lead and manage a small implementation team, while providing technical guidance and support • Architect and design comprehensive solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Ensure the solution's alignment with business requirements and industry best practices • Execute hands-on development including customization, scripting, and configuration of ServiceNow • Oversee code quality and implementation of development standards • Collaborate with stakeholders to convert functional requirements into technical solutions • Perform code reviews and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during implementation • Stay updated on ServiceNow capabilities and continuously work towards improvements
