Program Manager - Injection Molding

is in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers. @@HD@@ What a typical day looks like: @@/HD@@ • Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets • In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. • Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. • Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. • Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. • Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel. • Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities. • Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues. • In charge of customer's satisfaction reviews and corrective actions. • Maintain current and develop additional business with customers. • Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met. • Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers. • Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.

The experience we're looking to add to our team

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or equivalent. • 5 -7 years of program management experience - in Medical Manufacturing and thermoplastic injection molding. • Experience with operational financial management (P&L, budgets, forecasting, etc). • Extensive customer relationship management skills, ability to work with and present to external customers and internal stakeholders. • Knowledge with Tooling Maintenance, Refurbishment, evaluation, validation and repairs. • Prior experience with Manufacturing Program Quoting (RFQ). • Experience with tracking and reporting Operational KPIs and Metrics to technical and non technical audiences.
