Live Operations Project Intern (TikTok LIVE) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Team Production The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users. As a project intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. The internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Key Responsibilities: - Support day-to-day operations and communication with top creators, providing timely solutions to their questions and operational needs. - Identify and build relationships with high-potential creators, offering operational guidance and growth recommendations. - Analyze creator performance data to identify growth patterns and best practices, and help scale successful creator strategies. - Develop creator education materials, including operational guides, training decks, and learning resources. @@HD@@- Support campaign execution and other creator growth initiatives when needed. Qualifications@@/HD@@ Minimum Qualification(s) - Currently pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree. Majors in Marketing, Communications, Media, Broadcasting, or related fields are preferred. - Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with creators. - Basic data analysis skills (Excel required; SQL/Python is a plus). - Familiar with livestreaming or creator economy ecosystem; interest in entertainment livestreaming is preferred. - Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools). - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
