• Four-year college degree or equivalent experiences    • 3+ years relevant sourcing , planning, inventory management, and/or supply planning experience   • Strong strategic, problem solving, and analytical skills. Demonstrates ability to analyze large sets of data and insights to form a perspective to   effectively problem   solve and drive decisions.    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills   demonstrating   ability   to work effectively with local and overseas partners.   • Flexibility,   resiliency   and nimbleness; comfortable with ambiguity and working in “grey areas” that are constantly changing.   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage   cross -functional team, story tell through data, and keep partners informed.   • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage   competing deliverables and collaborate with and influence a broad group of partners and stakeholders         This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
