Senior Compensation Design Specialist

You will be an integral part of the team that redesigns and maintains DoorDash’s compensation infrastructure as the business scales. You’ll be joining the Global Compensation team within Total Rewards. We design and manage programs that motivate and retain top talent globally, providing a consistent and inclusive pay experience for all employees regardless of location. As Deliveroo, DoorDash, and Wolt continue to integrate, you will play an execution-focused specialist role supporting the delivery of unified compensation frameworks rather than acting as a Compensation Business Partner. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Play a key role in unifying compensation frameworks across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo by supporting the evolution of our global job architecture and salary range structures. •

Support the ongoing maintenance and governance of global job architecture, salary ranges, and benchmarking methodologies to ensure consistency as the business scales.

Contribute to the administration and delivery of total pay programs, including base salary and equity / long-term incentive (LTI) structures.

Perform market pricing, internal benchmarking, and complex compensation analysis to support informed pay decisions across multiple regions. •

Audit compensation data, validate cycle outputs, test new tooling, and identify opportunities to automate and improve compensation processes. •

Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People Systems to support compensation planning, offer structures, promotions, and organizational changes.

Strong understanding of equity and long-term incentive (LTI) programs and how they integrate into broader total rewards strategies. •

Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex datasets, perform multi-region compensation analysis, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. •

Proven track record of executing complex global programs with precision, improving automated tooling, and maintaining strict data governance. •

Expertise operating across multi-country compensation frameworks and diverse regional market practices in fast-paced, evolving environments.
