In this role, you will support financial planning processes, monitor key financial indicators, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. @@HD@@ YOUR ROLE@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ • Support the Forecast, Budget, and Risks & Opportunities (R&O)@@/HD@@ processes for

Net Working Capital (NWC), CAPEX, and operating costs

at Segment level. • Prepare and consolidate

financial reports

at Segment level, including detailed variance analyses and business insights. • Coordinate and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across

Business Units, Plants, Competencies, and Global Business Services (GBS).

• Monitor and analyze

Net Working Capital elements

, with a particular focus on

Accounts Receivable Past Due (AR PD)

performance and trends. • Support the implementation and maintenance of

standardized financial procedures and processes

. • Participate in

continuous improvement projects

, driving efficiency, process optimization, and best practices within the Finance function.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Finance. • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP) and financial reporting tools is an advantage. • Ability to effectively communicate and work with stakeholders across different functions and locations. • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
