Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: • Jährliche Vereinbarungen zu Preisen, Konditionen und Promotion-Rahmenbedingungen verhandeln und nachhaltige, kommerzielle Partnerschaften aufbauen • Ein definiertes Portfolio von CBG-Retailkunden betreuen und weiterentwickeln sowie Wachstum und langfristigen Kundennutzen vorantreiben • Die vereinbarten jährlichen finanziellen Ziele sowie alle kundenbezogenen Vertriebs-KPIs erreichen • Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse anwenden, einschließlich Verständnis für Kunden-P&L-Strukturen, Margen, Promotions-ROI und MDF-Management • Markt- und Kundenentwicklungen analysieren sowie den Wettbewerb eng beobachten, um Wachstumschancen zu identifizieren • Eine exzellente Umsetzung von Kategorie- und Markenstrategien auf Kundenebene sicherstellen • Die operative Steuerung der betreuten Kunden übernehmen (z. B. Forecast-Nachverfolgung, Promotionsbewertung, Sell-in-/Sell-out-Analysen etc.) • Eng mit funktionsübergreifenden und internationalen Teams zusammenarbeiten (z. B. Customer Service, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Area-Teams) Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, im Vertrieb, Marketing oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich • Fundierte Erfahrung im Vertrieb, einschließlich nachweislicher Erfolge im Account Management innerhalb des Einzelhandels- bzw.
